5. Galvanizing line Electric drive system
Electrical control equipments of the whole line includes basic automation control system, AC drive system, auxiliary drive system, hydraulic screw down control system and HM interface, etc. and adopts the Profibus communicating network for insuring the advancement and reliability of the electrical control system. The communicating with the upper-class computer adopts the Ethernet.
5.1Basic requirement of the whole line control
The whole line sets industry control and monitor system and Siemens S7-400 series of PLC control system.
Separate equipment has the separate control system relatively. The control system of equipments is connected by the bus.
All motors adopt famous products made in China. The main electrical components adopt famous international products and the products made in the joint venture company in China.
Static tension control precise of completed line: ≤3%
Speed static control precise of completed line: ≤0. 1%
Dynamic speed control precise of completed line: ≤0.2%
Relative temperature control precise: ±5ºC
5.2 Composition and function of the drive system
The electrical drive system is composed of AC speed-regulating and AC motor control center MCC system

Function of AC speed-regulating control system
AC speed-regulating control system runs at the status of velocity control and Tension control according to the system process requirement It connects various modules of industrial drive to a common DC bus bar which feeds DC power to various module. The DC power comes from power supply unit provided in the same unit. It simplifies general installation and lowers installation and maintenance cost, lowers current, saves wiring...
The electrical control of pay-off reel and tension reel can realize coil diameter calculation, constant tension control, dynamic compensation and mechanism loss compensation to guarantee strips to uncoil and coil in the constant tension.
The online S roll's AC control equipments can adopt the main and assist control way. The torque of the assistant equipments is changed according to the torque of the main equipments to guarantee the load proportion balance of each pair of S rolls.
AC speed-regulating control system should guarantee the stable running and open-stop in-phase of strips.
The hot dip galvanized steel sheet to be cleaned will be immersed in the dissolved zinc pot after reduction annealing to make the surface adhere to a layer of zinc or zinc-aluminum alloy thin steel sheet to improve the corrosion resistance of the steel sheet.Hot dip galvanized steel is mainly used in construction, home appliances, automobiles, machinery, electronics, light industry and other industries.
