Product Description

Raw material:  Pickling hot rolled strip,cold rolled carbon structure steel, high quality carbon structure steel and low alloy steel coil should match standard: GB708-88: Dimension, figuration, weight and allowed deviation of cold rolled sheets/strips and GB13237-91: Quality carbon structural steel cold rolled thick sheets/strips

Electrical control equipments of the whole line includes basic automation control system, AC drive system, auxiliary drive system, hydraulic screw down control system and HM interface, etc. and adopts the Profibus communicating network for insuring the advancement and reliability of the electrical control system. The communicating with the upper-class computer adopts the Ethernet.
