5. Galvanizing line Electric drive system
Electrical control equipments of the whole line includes basic automation control system, AC drive system, auxiliary drive system, hydraulic screw down control system and HM interface, etc. and adopts the Profibus communicating network for insuring the advancement and reliability of the electrical control system. The communicating with the upper-class computer adopts the Ethernet.
5.1Basic requirement of the whole line control
The whole line sets industry control and monitor system and Siemens S7-400 series of PLC control system.
Separate equipment has the separate control system relatively. The control system of equipments is connected by the bus.
All motors adopt famous products made in China. The main electrical components adopt famous international products and the products made in the joint venture company in China.
Static tension control precise of completed line: ≤3%
Speed static control precise of completed line: ≤0. 1%
Dynamic speed control precise of completed line: ≤0.2%
Relative temperature control precise: ±5ºC

The online S roll's AC control equipments can adopt the main and assist control way. The torque of the assistant equipments is changed according to the torque of the main equipments to guarantee the load proportion balance of each pair of S rolls.
AC speed-regulating control system should guarantee the stable running and open-stop in-phase of strips.
